To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be begin to be processed. 

If you are selecting a package, choose the package plan that you want and tab on the “Get Package” button. You will be redirected to a quotation request page where you pay for the package. After the payment is successfully captured, you are taken to a service request form where we begin the ideation which is the first step of our design process. We ask simple questions about your business to better understand what you are looking for so that we can match the needs accurately with our solutions. 

Remember, everything can be done online using your phone or come physically to the shop to get your services rendered.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Lipa na Mpesa and direct bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.

Shipping time varies depending on your location and order fulfilment time. typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is completed, and delivery takes the same amount of time. You can also get the item directly at the shop. Your order number is your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

No, we currently do not offer international shipping to countries outside Kenya. However, when this is activated, during the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply uon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have a 2-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your design, you can return it for an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process. However, for clothes and other personal items, once the design has been worn and has passed the approval process, it cannot be returned. You are therefore advised to make sure you get the design you are looking before confirming the order. We ensure we have exhausted options for your design befoe we settle for the last choice.
